Direct Business

We grant our private clients (consumers) a cooling-off period of 14 days. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are to include. The period begins on the date of the completion of the contract.

In the case of a withdrawal, services (products) received so far have to be put back together and the purchaser is not allowed to use them anymore– not even partially. If the use of the services has already taken place, we will retain an appropriate remuneration.

Distance selling business

The consumer can withdraw from a distance selling contract within 14 working days. This cooling-off period begins on the date of the completion of the contract. Saturdays are not considered as working days. It is sufficient if the cancellation is sent within that period of time.
